To become an elite Board Certified Civil Trial Specialist, a lawyer must have extensive jury trial experience. Attorney Chance Deason has tried many jury trials to verdict. In 2000 he personally tried 10% of all civil jury trials in Davidson County Circuit Court. Davidson County is Tennessee's capitol county and the second most populous in the state.
